One personal-account license includes five pets, 50 GB, all Intelligence features, and 100 credits refreshed monthly. The annual price is equivalent to NZ$15 per month. The rate stays while the membership remains continuously active.
Add only the capacity you need
Add-ons work with Vault or Intelligence. Self-service accounts are capped at 20 pets, 500 GB, and 10 caregivers.
Capacity add-ons are fully additive and billed independently. Starting or ending Intelligence does not change their quantity or price, and there is no membership-floor calculation.
Need more Intelligence?
Active Intelligence members can buy 100 non-expiring boost credits for NZ$15. Boost credits pause if membership ends and are available again when Intelligence resumes.
One credit means one fully processed page
That includes text extraction or OCR, record organisation, visit separation, evidence-linked facts, and grounded visit summaries. Classification is included. A health summary costs 3 credits and a premium report costs 5. Failed or partial processing is not charged.
Clinic Access remains free
Verified clinics can request and receive owner-controlled records without owning the source record or consuming the owner's AI credits.
