Vault and Intelligence
Vault is the ongoing no-membership-charge product for manual record storage, organisation, access, sharing, export, and deletion within released limits. Intelligence is the paid membership adding ongoing processing credits, AI-assisted organisation, and published capacity.
Basic is a processing depth, not a subscription or third product.
One-time welcome credits
A verified new account receives 50 one-time credits to try the Intelligence pipeline. They are separate from membership. When no longer eligible or available, Vault continues storage without ongoing automatic processing.
What processing credits cover
The current pricing explanation describes a processed page as including text extraction or OCR, organisation, visit separation, evidence-linked facts, and grounded summaries, with separate prices for selected reports. Charging and failure treatment must stay aligned with the released service.
Renewal and cancellation
A paid item renews only as disclosed at purchase. Cancellation stops future renewal through the original channel but does not delete files, close the workspace, erase offline copies, or retrieve recipient copies. Ending Intelligence does not cancel independent capacity add-ons.
Downgrade and record access
A downgrade may change capacity or processing. Current product wording says records are not silently deleted because temporary capacity ends; pets above the permanent limit can become read, export, or delete only. Final terms must explain failed payment, grace, restrictions, and export opportunity.
Prices, taxes, and refunds
Before purchase, FurDrive should display price, currency, billing interval, included capacity and credits, renewal, cancellation, and taxes. Refunds follow the purchase channel and applicable consumer law; this draft uses no absolute no-refund rule. Review current pricing.
