Terms and Conditions

Terms for using FurDrive.

These terms apply to FurDrive from 27 August 2026 and describe the agreement between the account owner and VetWise Limited for use of the service.

Document status

Effective 27 August 2026

Commercial terms, company particulars, consumer-law treatment, liability, jurisdiction, disputes, contacts, privacy incorporation, and the effective date remain subject to approval.

Status and agreement

These terms cover FurDrive sites, applications, vaults, processing, sharing, offline controls, billing, support, and related services. By creating an account or continuing to use FurDrive on or after the effective date, the account owner agrees to these terms. An owner who does not agree should stop using the service and use the available export and closure controls.

Eligibility and account authority

The service is intended for an adult who can enter an agreement and control an account. Details must be accurate, credentials protected, and suspected compromise or incorrect access reported through the published support route.

Service and licence

FurDrive is an owner-controlled place to collect, organise, find, process, and selectively share copies of pet records. Any operative licence will cover released features for their intended purpose. Preview, experimental, or feature-gated functions are not promised unless an approved release includes them.

Accounts, workspaces, and security

Each person should use their own account and correct personal or organisation workspace. Owners and administrators are responsible for invitations, roles, recipients, and removing access. Personal, organisation, clinic, and recipient copies can have different control and retention rules.

User responsibilities and clinical safety

FurDrive does not replace a clinic record, diagnose, interpret results, recommend treatment, provide emergency advice, certify authenticity, or guarantee acceptance. Owners must review original records and seek qualified veterinary advice.

Records and limited processing permission

A user retains rights they hold in supplied content and must have authority to upload and share it. An operative agreement would grant FurDrive and approved providers only the permission reasonably needed to host, validate, copy, process, index, transmit, display, secure, support, and lawfully administer it.

Proof packs, sharing, and recipients

A proof pack presents selected evidence; it is not certification. Users are responsible for the pet, records, recipient, workspace, and access period selected. Expiry or revocation cannot retrieve an independently retained copy.

OCR, AI, and generated output

Eligible credits or Intelligence may enable OCR and AI-assisted organisation. Basic is a conservative output depth, not a separate plan. Processing can omit or misread information, does not verify authenticity or clinical accuracy, and must remain reviewable against the source.

Acceptable use

Users must not access data without authority, upload unlawful or malicious content, evade security or limits, disrupt the service, impersonate a person or clinician, falsify records, infringe rights, resell access without permission, or use FurDrive for unattended autonomous clinical decisions.

Third-party services and availability

Maintenance, outages, provider failures, incompatible files, and security events may affect availability. Users should keep independent copies of important records and not rely on FurDrive as the only copy needed for treatment, travel, insurance, or an emergency.

Plans, credits, purchases, and refunds

FurDrive presents Vault and Intelligence. Verified new accounts receive 50 one-time welcome credits separately from ongoing Intelligence. Prices, renewal, cancellation, credits, storage, taxes, and refunds must match the released catalogue and purchase channel. Review subscription details and current pricing.

Suspension, cancellation, and data when use ends

Access may be restricted for security, abuse, illegality, payment failure, or risk, with notice where practical and lawful. Cancelling a membership stops future renewal; it does not delete files or close a workspace. Downgrade, file deletion, export, offline copies, recipient copies, and closure remain separate.

Consumer rights, liability, and disputes

An operative agreement must preserve non-excludable consumer rights. Counsel must approve warranty limits, liability allocation, business contracting provisions, governing law, jurisdiction, and disputes. This draft asserts no monetary liability cap and no final dispute route.

Contact, notices, and effective date

Final Terms must state approved company particulars, service address, legal and support routes, notice method, policy version, privacy incorporation, and effective date. No unverified contact or response commitment is presented as working.

FurDrive keeps this information separate from veterinary records. These pages describe the service; they do not interpret a pet's health information.
