What must happen before publication
- Approve the effective date, company particulars, public contacts, launch territories, and applicable privacy regimes.
- Complete the production data map, Article 30 processing record, active-provider register, retention schedule, transfer assessment, DPIA screening, security review, and deletion evidence.
- Reconcile every subscription, credit, OCR, sharing, and closure statement with the released product.
- Obtain qualified legal and privacy approval for the exact production release.
