Cookies, device storage, and tracking

How the browser and device may help FurDrive work.

FurDrive can use browser or device storage for essential operation and owner-requested offline access. Final publication requires a production scan and assessment under GDPR and applicable ePrivacy or national cookie rules.

Document status

Effective 27 August 2026

Exact production cookies, analytics, lawful bases, expiry periods, and consent requirements have not been approved as a final register.

Essential browser storage

Authentication, security, session continuity, workspace routing, preferences, load balancing, and service operation may require cookies or similar storage. Strictly necessary storage should be limited to what the service needs and documented.

Owner-requested offline files

A user may deliberately save selected personal records for offline opening. Copies can remain after an online change or sign-out and should be cleared before a device is shared, returned, sold, or disposed of.

Browser and device controls

Browser settings may clear or block storage. Clearing browser data can sign a user out or remove local preferences and offline copies without deleting the online source record.

Final register requirements

Scan deployed signed-out and signed-in surfaces, classify each key, document provider, purpose, basis and lifespan, verify consent behavior by launch territory, and align the result with the Privacy Policy and app-store declarations.

FurDrive keeps this information separate from veterinary records. These pages describe the service; they do not interpret a pet's health information.
