Veterinary safety, record integrity, and AI

Use FurDrive to organise records, not to replace veterinary judgment.

FurDrive helps owners keep records findable and share selected evidence. It does not diagnose, monitor, prescribe, verify authenticity, or replace the veterinary team.

Document status

Effective 27 August 2026

Clinical claims, provider disclosures, human-review controls, GDPR automated-decision analysis, and store safety statements require final review.

The source record remains authoritative

Timelines, fields, labels, summaries, and search results are navigation aids. They can be incomplete, outdated, or linked to the wrong event. Open the original and confirm the pet, date, clinic, medicine, dose, result, and context.

OCR and AI-assisted organisation

Eligible welcome credits or Intelligence can enable processing. Some output may use Basic depth, but Basic is not a plan. Processing does not certify a document or establish clinical accuracy and must remain reviewable against evidence.

No solely automated significant decisions

FurDrive processing is intended to organise owner-held records, not to make solely automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects about a person. Any future profiling or significant automated decision requires a fresh clinical, legal, GDPR Article 22, transparency, and human-review assessment.

Proof packs and sharing

A proof pack presents selected owner-held evidence. It does not prove authenticity, confirm vaccination validity, or guarantee acceptance for travel, boarding, insurance, treatment, regulation, or another purpose.

Emergencies and continuity

FurDrive is not an emergency service and may be unavailable. Contact a veterinarian or emergency service directly and keep independent copies of critical records.

Safe owner checks

  • Confirm the correct pet and workspace before upload, editing, export, or sharing.
  • Review the source before relying on extracted or organised details.
  • Do not use generated output for unattended autonomous clinical decisions.
  • Ask the veterinary team to interpret findings and maintain its own record.

FurDrive keeps this information separate from veterinary records. These pages describe the service; they do not interpret a pet's health information.
